Batch winding, rolling and plaiting machine is a controlling machine for woven fabrics.

Controlled fabric is plaited in the required height and length.

Fabric is rolled up to ø200 cm by servo motor or pneumatic piston pressure arm.

The tension system is adjusted according to the technical characteristics of the fabrics and thus the meter of tensionless fabric is measured properly.

Machine speed, roll hardness, inside-outside rolling mode, and all the parameters are commuted on the user-friendly operator panel.

The machine stops automatically at the end of the fabric and at the adjusted meter according to the fabric defect map.

The illuminated control screen allows the detection and correction of defects on the fabric before the rolling process.

Changer group that provides fabric movement to prevent edge camber that may occur during batch winding.

Motorized roll lifting system, modular roll box, end to end sewing machine and J-Box system providing non-stop operation are applicable for roll fabric inlets.

The stainless steel basin is under the illuminated control screen and allows the using of chemical for defects on the fabric before the rolling process.

There are many alternate groups such as fabric cutting system, weighting system, barcode label printing system after the rolling process.
