Fabric spreading solutions before cutting process

The spreading machine eliminates the problems of manual laying in ready-made garments. It provides properly layers for home textile fabrics such as woven bed linen, table cloths before the cutting process.

The machine provides to opportunity to spread fabrics up to 45 cm high and 13 meters length with fabric batch entry system. The machine makes ready thousands of meters of fabric for cutting non-stop and prevent working time loses.

The machine has capability to spread adjusted length with  PLC System. The increased table length (27 meters) allows the finished fabric to be cut on the same table. The fabric transport process is carried out easily thanks to the air blowing system throughout the table.

Fabric centering units from the batch entrance to the end of the laying, photocell-controlled adjustment tables, servo motor driven systems and the "Eye System", which we combine years of experience with engineering, ensure that the spread edges are always aligned and maximum smooth folds are obtained for cutting.

Movable operator platform make it easier for the operator to interfere the machine and to manage the fabric.

The machine stops automatically at the end of the fabric in order to prevent non-productive time.

Machine speed, laid fabric count, spreading length and all the parameters are commuted on the user-friendly touch screen

Modular roll box, end to end sewing machine and J-Box system providing non-stop operation are applicable for roll fabric inlets.
